Marie-Catherine is a Nova Scotia girl who, like many other maritimers, ended up making the move to Alberta. In everything she does Nova Scotia is ever present including the dulse in her cupboard! Combining her education in natural nutrition and the wisdom passed down to her from her elders for wholesome, seasonal eating, Marie-Catherine hopes to contribute to the health and wellness community in a mindful and inclusive way because wellness should belong to everybody.
